Individual Coaching Stand Alone 60 Minutes - $85

We’ll meet for 60 minutes to explore your “why” and determine if The Campfire Way coaching program is the right fit for you. We’ll go through the Circle of Life Tool and apply Harvard School of Medicine’s six pillars of health and wellness in tandem with your individuality to create a plan that works for your lifestyle.

Individual Coaching Program: 12 Weeks - $595

We’ll explore your “why” to understand your individuality, where you are, and where you want to go. In the early phase we’ll use a variety of methods, from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s Circle of Life Tool to Harvard School of Medicine’s six pillars of health and wellness, and Jungian psychology to create a wellness plan that works for your goals and lifestyle. What works for someone else may not work for you. You are unique and your plan must be too. This program is designed beyond nutrition, it’s about holistic wellness. Your mental health, spirituality, financial security, education, relationships, fitness—all of it makes up who you are and will be embedded into your individual coaching sessions.

What’s Included:

Comprehensive health assessment and goal-setting session. During this time, we look at all aspects in your life, from nutrition and movement to sleep and social connections, to get to your “why” and create your plan accordingly.

One-on-one meetings to track progress, adjust plans, and provide ongoing support. Option for in-person or virtual sessions.

Weekly content on essential wellness topics, including nutrition, movement, mindset, and sleep, to enhance your understanding and application of healthy habits

Sustainable nutrition design plans, mindful eating tracking, quick & easy recipes, healthy choice grocery guide and recommended brands so you can take out the guesswork and properly nourish your body

A dynamic and enjoyable movement routine designed specifically for your lifestyle, preferences, and fitness level

Explore the power of positive mindset and mindful eating to overcome mental barriers, stay focused, and manage stress

Direct access to your coach for questions, motivation, and accountability

Individual Coaching Ongoing Support Program: Cost TBD based on length

Take your coaching sessions to next level by having the discussion in Mother Nature. These sessions include the same health and wellness coaching—only outside. Hiking options for easy-going to vigorous. - $100/session

Cooking Essentials Makeover

This three-hour in-home session is designed to educate and empower you to make healthier food choices every day. Our Campfire Coach will guide you through your cupboards offering nutritious alternatives from food to kitchenware that fit your lifestyle. Learn how to read labels and sneaky ingredients found in nearly all packaged foods, identify dangerous kitchenware, make smarter food choices, and create a kitchen environment that supports your health goals. This hands-on experience is designed to make healthy eating easier and more accessible. - $255

Grocery Shopping Tour

Remove the guesswork to healthy eating and learn to navigate the grocery store with confidence and clarity! This 90-minute guided tour is crafted to educate and empower you to make nutritious choices effortlessly, turning your grocery trips into a breeze. You’ll learn how to read labels and sneaky ingredients found in nearly all packaged foods how to create a shopping plan and fill your home with wholesome foods that support your wellness goals. - $165
